About DeAnna’s Coaching Philosophy

1. A Holistic coaching approach

I am a holistic Life Coach at my core and it’s what I received my original training & certifications in, so although I specialize in dating & relationships, I work with your whole being and life in an inside-out approach to getting you to be the most successful, happy, healthy and attractive as possible in every area of your life. It’s important to note that the dating and relationship skills or arena is like the tip of the iceberg; it’s what people may be wanting to achieve on the outside, but there is usually so much underneath that needs to be addressed and worked on simultaneously in order to get that amazing physical result that you are looking to achieve.

Most likely there are a number of blocks that are holding you back from having a successful dating life and/or relationship, as well as from having the best possible life that you could be living. These blocks may consist of both physical blocks – such as your environment, career, physical appearance, or schedule, and Inner, or energetic blocks – such as subconscious limiting beliefs, destructive habits, patterns of self-sabotage, energetic conflicts, and/or confidence and self-esteem issues. It is my job to “diagnose” or uncover what these blocks are for each person, which I do so right in the first phase of us working together, and then we go through a process of breaking through those blocks (during the “Breakthrough” phase). Then we go on to build a very solid inner foundation and mindset  free of any lingering negative beliefs, insecurities or destructive patterns that can sabotage your future success.

You cannot try to layer on dating, attraction, and relationship skills and strategies on top a shaky foundation that is filled with blocks; That’s like trying to build a lasting house on top of an unstable foundation. This is why people try to read self-help or dating books, attend seminars, or try other means on their own to be more successful and yet keep failing, because they’re just trying to learn skills and strategies but still have deeper-rooted personal or life issues that need to be addressed and broken through, or other areas of their life that need to be more sound (it’s like putting a band-aid over a broken leg). So to work solely on dating or relationship issues and goals without addressing other areas of your life or the source of the issues underneath is simply ineffective. That is why myself and my coaching is different than any other dating or relationship coach; it is holistic and designed to get at the root of people’s issues, and enhance every area of a person’s life – both their inner and outer worlds. And that is why over the years I’ve received additional training and certifications in NLP, clinical Hypnosis, EFT, Breakthrough therapy, Success Coaching, and other progressive coaching techniques & therapies, because I realize the need for such an holistic and in-depth approach if I want my clients to be truly successful and get real results. Because as we know, it is all inter-connected and the cause of either your success – or failure – with your relationships and your life.

2. True & Solid “Inner Game” 

True “Inner Game” is the foundation that is absolutely essential for true success with the opposite sex AND in your life. Your Inner Game or inner world comprises your attitude, your beliefs, your confidence and respect you have for yourself, your energy, and your overall inner core “packaging” and value. I’m not about a quick fix or a band-aid or a confident alter ego. True “Inner Game” is when you’ve developed an unshakable, unwavering faith and confidence in yourself and your abilities, an acceptance of your weaknesses and awareness of your strengths and unique attributes, and of the genuine value that you bring to another person. Solid Inner Game is having empowering belief system and mindset, a positive and healthy self-image and a genuine love of yourself. True “Inner Game” is built over time through acquiring greater confidence and faith in yourself, through taking risks and acquiring new experiences, through failing and achieving, through learning new skills and transforming, and through ongoing personal development to become the best YOU you can be. It cannot be faked. My approach is an inside-out approach that works to truly develop your Inner Game so that it naturally projects onto the people you meet and dramatically improves your ability to attract the opposite sex. My clients become much more magnetic to the people they desire.

3. Total Confidence in your own Skin 

Confidence is the basis upon which all Attraction, Sexiness, & Desirability rests. In addition, having true inner confidence in yourself & your abilities and being totally comfortable in your own skin is essential to succeed in not only dating and relationships, but in your career and success in life all around! I help my clients strengthen their own true inner confidence and exude it from the inside out.

4. Taking Risks & Living Fearlessly 

I firmly believe that you need to take risks in life in order to reap real rewards. If you consistently stay inside your comfort zone, it stunts your growth and you’ll never be able to have everything you want. Every time you take a risk you and push yourself outside your comfort zone, you learn & grow as a person and you are closer to your goal. You cannot let fear hold you back from going after what you want. Rather, feel the fear…and do it anyway! That’s what I teach my clients and that’s how I live my own life.

5. Taking Authentic Action & Responsibility 

If you want something, you can’t just sit there and hope and pray for it to happen or let time go by. You have to take action on it & DO something about it. You need to be responsible and “At Cause,” as opposed to being “At Effect” and living life as the victim of circumstance, where you let your results be affected by or contingent upon outside circumstances, people and events. This is unfortunately the way that most people live their lives, blaming outside influences or “luck” and not taking responsibility for their own life, actions and result, as well as their emotional state. When you see yourself as the cause of your own life, you know that everything is up to you and YOU have the power to control your outcome. You control and create your circumstances, your present and your future. You can either choose to be behind the wheel and create your own life and what happens in it, or you can choose to be a passenger, a leaf in the wind and passively “let” things “happen to you.” And the group of people who are overall much happier, more successful, and able to turn their dreams into realities are the people who live at cause and take responsibility for their own lives. I choose to design and create my own life and take action on the things I want. And that’s the philosophy that I implement in my coaching. I teach my clients to be designers and creators of their own lives, and manifest the things they want.

6. Adopting a Positive & Abundant Mindset 

You need to be positive & open-minded and have an abundance mindset in order to attract & receive the things you desire and the opportunities that come to you; in business, in life, and especially, in love. Be open-minded, adopt a mindset of abundance and be willing to learn and take some risks. Going into your experiences & daily life with a positive and optimistic attitude will yield you much more positive results than going into things with cynicism & negativity, or an expectation of failure.

You should always be striving to improve yourself and become a more dynamic individual.
